Elite Gourmet was set up on 16th March
2009 to undertake Food and Beverage Services.
The company provides table d'hote or set menus
either for buffet or 'hidang' style. Full
service is also provided if required.Menu
choices include western,chinese,indian and
fusion selections.
Elite Gourmet is assisted by qualified and
experienced staff,may it be kitchen or
service.The company also provides catering
services through it's sister company,Servers
Mansion Resources which is registered with the

The primary mover of the company is En. Zulkifli
Adam, who has over 25 years experience in hotel
food and beverage management.His overseas
working experience was in free standing
restaurants and hotel kitchen,restaurant,bar and
banquet. He was at the Vienna Hilton for two
years before returning to Hilton Kuala Lumpur as
a Management Trainee.He moved on to Hilton
Kuching; Hotel Istana,Kuala Lumpur; and the
Shangri-La, Putrajaya, all as part of the hotel
pioneer management team.He had a short stint as
well with the Berjaya Tioman Island Resort in
Tioman Island , Impiana KLCC hotel and at the
Royal Lake Club, Kuala Lumpur.
Encik Zulkifli Adam was a Graduate of UITM Hotel
School, Shah Alam and from the Institute of
Tourism and Hotel Management, Salzburg, Austria.
He also holds an MBA from Charles Sturt
University, Australia and a Bsc degree in Hotel
and Restaurant Management from University of New
Haven, Connecticut,USA. Besides that, he had
attended a certificate program in Food and
Beverage Management, Cornell University, in
Ithaca,New York, USA.
